VENO NEWS:Abdulrahman Bello aka Alapata"s Case Adjourned To 22nd April 2025 Date: 10-04-25
Abdulrahman Bello aka Alapata, the suspected killer of Hafsoh Yetunde Lawal, together with his accomplices appeared in court on Wednesday for further hearing into the matter.
Reports indicate that the suspects were brought to the court by fully armed operatives of the Department of Security Service (DSS) in a white Toyota Hilux bus.
At the sitting, the prosecution counsel, Chief State Counsel Issa Zakari, informed the court that the investigation at the DSS office is almost at the conclusion stage and prayed the court that the matter is arraigned at the High Court Ilorin while the case is coming up on Tuesday 15th April 2025.
He further intimated the court to give them another date after 15th April 2025 to come back to court to terminate the case before the magistrate court.
The case was however adjourned to 22nd April 2025 for further mention.
Recall that during the last sitting, Chief Magistrate S.B Mohammed granted an order for Abdulrahman Ballo, the suspected killer of Hafsoh Yetunde Lawal and his co-defendants to be returned back to the the custody of the Department of Security Service ( DSS) for further investigation.
Arraigned along with Abdulraham Ballo are: Ahmed Abdulwasiu ‘M’, 41 years of Zone C, No 47, Adualere Area, Ilorin; Suleiman Muyideen ‘M’, 28 years, Neolife Business, No. 7 Adualere Area, Amilere Milengbe, Ilorin; Jamiu Uthman ‘M’, 29 years, Phone repairers, Adualere Area, Ilorin and Abdulrahmon Jamiu, ‘M’, 31 years, farmer, Elemere Village via Malete Town in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State.
