The 10th edition of the annual May 7 World Praise Day has marked another remarkable success with the huge success recorded at the last edition held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
The event which held at the Victory Centre of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Lagos had a good turnout as the auditorium was super charged with high praises, heartfelt rendition of songs to the almighty, indept dancing and selfless worship in adoration of the most high God.
Amongst the ministers are Tosax Trumpeter who spared no moment to engage the people in encapsulating praise songs through his trumpets and also, Brother Jehoshaphat who kept the congregation on their feets with their dancing shoes all through the period.
The congregation comprised of various people who are hungry to connect the more with God, and surely, they were not disappointed from the feedbacks. In attendance was the Secretary to the Local Government, Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Hon. Kolawole Fasusi (aka Mr. Bachel), Prince Gbolahan Matthew Ogundimu, the Oba-elect of Ogundimu Kingdom was also present to praise the King of Kings and Lord above all Lords. The event also recorded presence of various leaders in the church, in government, business and other spheres of life. The hall was adequately engaged as expected.
Deacon Banjo Omole, the Visioneer and Global Convener was full of praises living to fulfil the vision and direct instruction as given him by God, 15th March 2014 at the NIJ, Ogba, Lagos, an encounter he would surely not forget in his lifetime.
After sustaining this for a decade, preparations are already in top gear to expand the reach to other countries around the world. Live concerts are expected to hold kn other countries such as The United Kingdom, Singapore, Kenya, South Africa and other countries as already being planned.
May 7 will remain a day to remember and such to watch out for as the campaign gains support and participations from across the world.
