It is no longer news that the Managing Director / Chairman of JOLAC Suites, Akogun Dele Joshua opened a brand new branch in the City of Ado Ekiti, the Capital of Ekiti State, penultimate weeks
The opening withnessed unprecedented first class traditional rulers in Ekiti State led by His Royal Majesty, Owa Ajero of Ijero Ekiti Kingdom, Oba Joseph Adebayo Adewole prayed for more success for the visioner and eulogized his past good works and deeds.
Among the traditional rulers from Ekiti State who joined the Owa Ajero of Ijero Ekiti Kingdom in cutting the tape and formally declaring open the new hotel in Falegan area of Ado Ekiti, included the Kabiyesi Oluyin of Iyin Ekiti Kingdom, Oyinyosaye III, Oba Adeola Adeniyi Ajakaye; the Kabiyesi Oluloro of Iloro Ekiti Kingdom, Oba Femi Olugbesoye; the Kabiyesi Ogoga of Ikere Ekiti Kingdom, Oba Samuel Adu Adejimi; the Kabiyesi Onisan of Isan Ekiti Kingdom, Oba Gabriel Ayodele Adejuwon and the Kabiyesi Attah of Ayede Ekiti Kingdom, Oba Adebayo at the new hotel location at the Falegan area of Ado Ekiti revealed that there is a total of 30 rooms in the hotel facility.
Other facilities in the hotel also include a swimming pool, inner bar, swimming pool side bar, Club Side for general, club side for VIP’s, spacious parking space for guests, standby power plant, fully air conditioned rooms, club sides, a mini super market store, gym centre coupled with a generally serene and friendly
It was gathered that the rates for the different categories of the rooms at the hotel starting from the Business Suites N45,000; City View N45,000; J Suites N40,000; Executive Suites N40,000; Deluxe Suite N35,000; Classic Suite N33,000; Royal Standard N30,000 and Standard N25,000.
Akogun Dele Joshua while speaking on the opening of the new hotel urged the government, private sectors, corporate organizations and individuals to patronize the hotel facility for their events and activities.
JOLAC Suites are also located in other places like Iloro Ekiti, Ikeja in Lagos State as well as Accra in Ghana just to mention a few.
However, the source who was at the venue revealed that during the opening, four people on the table attracted #150,000 and all the society dudes were in attendance
