VENO TV THE PULPIT GOD’S PLANS ARE NEVER TO HARM YOU, BUT TO BRING PEACE & PURPOSE — Pastor Princess Venisa Ojo a.k.a. Omo Oba Jesu Declares Date: P9-08-26
Pastor Princess Venisa Ojo, popularly known as Omo Oba Jesu, has encouraged Christians to remain steadfast in prayer and never give up, declaring that God’s plans are never designed to harm His children but to bring them peace, hope and divine purpose.
Speaking in this week’s episode of Sunday Tonic, Pastor Venisa Ojo urged believers to trust God even when situations do not unfold according to their expectations.
Making reference to Revelation 3:8, which speaks about the open door that no one can shut, she stressed that when God opens a door, no opposition can permanently stand against His purpose.
“If it doesn’t happen the way you wanted, it can happen in a better way than you imagined. That is the beauty of God’s plan,” she declared.
She explained that disappointment should not automatically be interpreted as defeat. Sometimes what appears to be a delay, closed door or setback may eventually lead to something better when believers continue to trust God.
Drawing lessons from Psalm 35:1–22, Pastor Venisa Ojo said that when people are confronted by crises, opposition or difficult circumstances, they need God’s perspective and direction.
“When facing a crisis, you need God’s input and perspective. Don’t just look for something that will temporarily make you feel better. What you need is God’s clear, straightforward, perfect and wise counsel,” she said.
She further emphasised the importance of making prayer a priority rather than treating it as a last resort.
According to her, praying to God is both a privilege and a blessing, but believers must also approach prayer with commitment, faith and consistency.
Referring to Psalm 42:1, she encouraged Christians to develop a genuine hunger and thirst for God, seeking His presence continually rather than only during difficult moments.
Pastor Venisa Ojo concluded by reminding viewers that Jesus Christ is the way to everlasting salvation, urging everyone going through challenges not to surrender to fear or discouragement.
KEEP PRAYING. KEEP BELIEVING. NEVER QUIT.
God’s plans are never to harm you, but to bring you peace, hope and purpose. When things do not happen the way you expected, continue trusting Him—His plan may be greater than anything you imagined.
