VENO tv | POLITICS FCT Development: FCTA Holds Dinner to Celebrate Successful Completion of 3rd Anniversary Projects

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) hosted a dinner to celebrate the successful completion of projects executed to mark its third anniversary.
The event was attended by the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, alongside other eminent dignitaries from across the country.
Speaking at the occasion, the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Prof. Julius O. Ihonvbere, described the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Wike, as a trailblazer who has consistently distinguished himself in every public office he has occupied.
According to Prof. Ihonvbere, Wike excelled as a student, performed remarkably as Governor of Rivers State, and has continued to deliver outstanding results as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory.
Also speaking at the event, former FCT Minister, Dr. Mohammed Bello, who represented Vice President Kashim Shettima, called for an extension of Minister Wike's tenure, noting that four years would not be sufficient for him to complete the developmental transformation he has initiated in the FCT.
He stated that the remarkable pace of infrastructure development under Wike's leadership deserves continuity, adding that the Minister has laid a solid foundation for the nation's capital.
