FCT Senator Ireti Kingibe has faulted the 22-hour curfew imposed by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike ahead of Saturday’s Area Council Elections in Abuja.
Speaking on Channels Television, the Senator described the curfew as authoritarian and unnecessary, suggesting it raises concerns about ulterior motives.
She stated that while she desires a cordial relationship with the Minister, she believes he is hostile to opposition voices and acts with a self-serving agenda.
? She urged Abuja residents to come out en masse and vote.
