Jaiz Bank Plc has appointed Omolara Muinat Ismail as Executive Director as part of efforts to strengthen its leadership structure and accelerate growth in its retail and SME banking operations.
The development was disclosed in a statement issued on Monday and signed by the bank’s Company Secretary, Mohammed Shehu.
According to the bank, the appointment is in line with its broader strategic objective of deepening market penetration and expanding its non-interest banking footprint across Nigeria.
Management noted that Ismail’s experience in financial services and retail banking will support the bank’s drive to reach more individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses seeking ethical, interest-free banking solutions.
Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Jaiz Bank’s position as a leading non-interest financial institution in Nigeria, while enhancing innovation, customer access, and financial inclusion across the country.
